Delivery Rates
Please note we currently ship to the UK mainland only.
Nationwide Shipping
Standard delivery charges to UK mainland are as follows:
FREE - Standard Shipping (3-5 working days) if you spend over £30
£5.75 - Standard Shipping (3-5 working days) on all orders up to £30
£7.95 - Next Day Shipping (Orders must be placed before 12 noon BST to qualify. Mon - Fri delivery only. Orders received on Fri will be shipped on Mon for Tues delivery)
Delivery Information
A signature may be required upon delivery. If no-one is available the driver may leave a postcard advising that a delivery has been attempted and that the recipient should contact them to re-arrange delivery.
If your item contains fresh produce please ensure you are at home to accept delivery or an alternative delivery address is nominated to the courier as the order must be received on the day of delivery and cannot be returned to the depot. Your order can be delivered to an alternative address such as a neighbour or delivered to your place of work if this is more convenient.
All orders containing fresh produce must be unpacked and chilled on the day of delivery. Melrose and Morgan cannot except liability for any damage or theft that may occur to your parcel if it is left in a safe place of your choosing or with your neighbour or if your package is not unpacked and chilled on the day of receipt.

Hamper Deliveries
Next day UK delivery is available on orders of a quantity below 10 hampers. For any larger orders over 10 hampers, please contact orders@melroseandmorgan.com with your request.
London Door-to-Door Deliveries (Picnics Only)
To minimise handling and ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, our picnics are only available for delivery to London postcodes via our door-to-door courier service.
Please note these products are not available via Standard Shipping and are excluded from our free shipping offer.
Delivery rates will be confirmed at the checkout based on the London delivery postcode.
Please note if you live outside our London postcode catchment you can order these products, but you MUST collect from our shops.
Our delivery time will be between 10am-1pm due to the courier system we use and so cannot guarantee a specific time due to the amount of requests we receive.
Store Collection
All online orders are available for free collection from either our Primrose Hill or Hampstead shops.
Pre-Order
Full prepayment will be taken at the time of placing your order. We will email you with confirmation of your delivery once it has been dispatched. Please note, should you order Standard Delivery products and Pre-order products in the same order, all items will be delivered together once your Pre-order items are available.
